Cancellation & Refund Policy
When and how fees can be cancelled or refunded.
Last updated: 1 June 2026
This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all payments made on the Platform and forms part of our Terms & Conditions. All fees are for services only and carry no guarantee of any outcome. This policy is provided in line with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
01Application / entry fees
Application and entry fees cover screening, listing and facilitation services that commence on payment.
- ▸These fees are generally non-refundable once screening has begun, including where no investor interest results.
- ▸If we are unable to provide the paid service due to a fault on our side, you may request a refund or service credit.
02Membership fees
- ▸Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership period has begun.
- ▸You may cancel auto-renewal at any time before the next billing cycle; cancellation stops future charges but does not trigger pro-rata refunds for the current period.
03Event tickets
- ▸Event tickets are refundable only within the cancellation window stated at the time of booking.
- ▸Tickets may be non-transferable unless stated otherwise. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
04Company-cancelled or rescheduled events
If we cancel an event, you are entitled to a full refund or a credit toward a future event, at your option. If we reschedule, your ticket remains valid for the new date, or you may request a refund.
05How to request a refund
To request an eligible refund or cancellation, email support@mentorfundbridge.com from your registered email with your invoice number and reason. We aim to acknowledge requests within 3 business days.
06Refund processing & timelines
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through our payment partner, typically within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank's processing time. Applicable payment-gateway charges and taxes may be deducted where permitted by law.
